It was strawberry cupcake white chocolate with a cream base. They went above and beyond what I assumed they would do and for that they have my thanks. If you are on the fence about trying a new coffee shop try human bean first as I think they beat every other one“

“An amazing European-style bakery in the charming town of Red Bluff. The pastries are absolutely divine. The coffee is somehow brewed with depth and without bitterness. The owners are lovely. They have a warm, inviting space to linger with wi-fi and even a spot to plug in your laptop if needed. Absolute perfection! P.S. “Brie was an absolute delight to order from. Very warm, inviting, we bonded over both having bleeding heart tattoos. I especially appreciate how honest she was with describing the new holiday items on the menu. I really felt like she gave me a good description and helped me figure out what I wanted.

Store was spotless, service was fantastic and fast overall at 7am in the lobby on a Thursday morning. Their drive thru was busy but the employees were lighthearted and the atmosphere was friendly.“

“One of the best coffee in Northern California. I love their coffee flavor choices. The drive thru service was fast. I got the golden eagle which was highly recommended online. My friend got the mango smoothie. The golden eagle was super good. I tried it with mild sweetness and whole milk.“

“Went here for a burger as it was recommended to me by a couple locals. Got the giant burger (actually just two patties) and fries.
The atmosphere was nice, restaurant was clean. Definitely leans into the older-style almost saloon feel.
The burger was cooked to order and tasted fine, but nothing exceptional. The fries were basic, but good, and the fry sauce was good enough to put on both the fries and burger.
Service was exceptional and what earns a 5-star rating. The gal who served me was quick, attentive, and very friendly. The food came out quick and hot.
While I probably won't be back soon as I try new places whenever I pass through town, I would definitely recommend giving Bartels a try.“

“They are one of the only gas stations in Red Bluff that are open 24hrs, and they have decently priced gas as well. You can get a rewards card too which actually pays off pretty good. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they make a really good hot coffee. They also have hot food items on the roller, and a lil bakery sections with really good muffins and donuts. Sometimes they even have a 1 dollar candy table.“
