I had ordered online 2 foot long subs, they was ready when I got there. Walked up and picked up my order and left. The reason for 3 stars on service is Subway usually greets all customers upon entry and that didn't happen.
It surprised me, subway has really went down hill and alot of times the last few years it has been employee attitudes and the quality of the food. I had a roasted chicken breast and my boyfriend had a hot pastrami and the sandwiches were so good and the employees a lady and 2 young men they all had the best attitudes and one really stuck out alot when he spoke he was the kind of employee that makes fast food stores have a good reputation and he done an outstanding job.

They no longer have Swiss cheese or sourdough bread. They don't take cash. The guy making sandwiches was kind of rude. Also he did not ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted. Just put the stuff on sandwich. I'm used to being asked and didn't think about it until after . Sandwich was not the greatest.
