Sana'a Cafe is known for its kind workers and excellent customer service, with a feeling of home and fantastic hospitality. The location on 2400 Broadway is amazing, in a neighborhood with many shops. The decor has a beautiful, high class Middle Eastern vibe, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It is a very nice place to get work done, with plenty of seating, nice bright natural light, and it is open late for studying, though there are not a lot of charging ports.

The food and drinks are really good. The amazing smell of spices greets you upon entering. Must-try items include the Adeni chai, honeycomb pastry filled with cheese and topped with honey, and the cinnamon and cardamom latte. They also offer a good hot chocolate, an American coffee, and tons of other drinks and desserts. The place is always packed and is perfect for a cosy conversation or to get your morning sweets.
