Excellent omakase meal. The Chef's skill was a on great display and a pleasure to take in. Every bite was fresh and different. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. All made for an memorable meal. Will be back! Thank you!

Sushi Shin is an amazing premium sushi experience. The seafood is extremely high quality. Most fish are from Japan but are super fresh. Seasonality of seafood is also emphasized. Highlights of the meal were "fish cheese" and monk fish liver. The space is cozy and elegant. Sake list is quite impressive. Chef was fun, personable, and did a great job on explaining the food. Service is top notch as well.
