4 Best Dog Friendly Restaurants Redwood Valley

Girasole Vineyards Winery •
7051 N State St, Redwood Valley

“My husband and I have driven past Barra for years, always talking about stopping in. Today we made a special trip to check it out. The tasting room is absolutely gorgeous along with the garden outside. Amber was absolutely the best, she was personable and fun to talk to. We ended up doing the standard tasting and enjoyed all of their offerings. The wine club is the best deal of any I've seen, mind you I went to business school for wine and have done a lot of research on such clubs. I joined one today, which is crazy because I always said I never would. No yearly fee, just good wine at a discounted price, plus all the perks of being a member. All said this is an amazing historical landmark of Redwood Valley and I love the old school vibe. Amber was the best and I'm looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Amber and Barra!“

“One of my favorite cappuccino places. Coffee is very good, their pastries and food are delicious. The parking is not enough and sometimes you have to park in the street which is undertaking huge construction. They need to create a couple of parking spots for quick in and out. But I have to say the lack of parking is a testament to too many satisfied customers!“

Parducci Wine Cellars Winery •
501 Parducci Rd, Ukiah - 4.55 miles

“While touring the Montgomery Woods Redwood Preserve, we found ourselves quite close to the Northern California city of Ukiah. Knowing that we were in a wine region known for its Pinot noir grapes, I decided to look for a winery where we could do some tastings. Parducci was a name I had heard of before and probably, I've even imbibed on their products. So, I chose their winery as our stop on the eastern side of the california coastal range. We entered and were happy that reservations did not seem to be too important. A cheery young woman greeted us and asked us whether we wanted to do a tasting. We affirmed her suggestion and were taken outside to a lovely patio, adjacent to many vines. We had a flight of five wines, and a plate of simple appetizers to accompany the wine. The tasting setting was lovely, the woman who hosted us was pleasant and informative and the wine was very nice. We selected four bottles to purchase and snuggled them back to Utah, where shipping is prohibited. Having enjoyed a bottle of 501 Red just a few nights ago, I was inspire to review our fun outing and tasting at Parducci Vineyards. I hope to get back again some time soon.“
