Despite this being a taco truck, it is a nice patio out door set up with an ample seating area. Outdoor heaters to keep you warm and palm tree decor. “Food was good. Me and my friend got two cheeseburgers, onion rings, cheese curds, root beers, a little chocolate cake thingy, and of course, the pickles on the burgers. The pickles were perfectly crunchy, moist, and had a great pickley flavor. 5/5 pickles ?????. The soda did taste a little off though.The service was great and the food came out fast and hot.The tables were clean, but the seats were a bit dirty, and one of the ceiling tiles was messed up.Overall, a solid restaurant with some good pickles. 4/5.Parking: A relatively average sized parking lot. “I was up on Telegraph with Paeekaa Haackootkoo lookin for his son in law because he forgot to take his medication. I wouldn't normally go to this extreme but the dudes an albino and if he doesn't medicate each day he'll turn just as pink as Pepto Bismol from the sun. Ohh... a Casper's ...I think I'll go on and get a couple of chili dogs, all this walking around made me hungry, and Casper's puts out the best dogs in the world! The last time this little pipsqueek forgot his meds he was in Tijuana and when he turned Pepto Bismol pink the Mexican police jailed him because they thought he was from outer space, they even called NASA to come get him. “Stopped by midweek and this place did not disappoint. Easy ordering via phone, prompt service, and delicious food. We got the Blue Heat 50/50 style and the Ramen 50/50 plus a strawberry boba. Both hot dogs were perfect with the right amount of cheese pull and loaded with flavor. We also got the Sriracha mayo which I highly recommend. Boba with fantastic; not too sweet with good flavor and the right amount of chew texture.“
“We stopped by Gilman's after a hike and we got Dog's for lunch. That chili cheese dog hit like no other - honest to god one of the best chili cheese dog's I've had in my life. Menu was great and food came out by the time I grabbed my beer. If you're craving a chili cheese dog, literally look no further - sometimes I dream about it, and my consumption of hot dogs has increased over the past year because of this food truck.“
“Got there at 9:30 am to try their breakfast burritos, which I thought are clever by having a over easy egg instead of scrambled inside. The place was clean, and the service was friendly. I had no idea what I wanted but settled for the Little Mule Burrito. It should have dawned on me while speaking Spanish to the cashier, he told me it was a very good burrito. While it looked and tasted great, the heat was insane that early in the morning. Not only do you have pickled jalapenos, but you also have a Chipotle aioli that is sure to burn your esophagus. “Been going here since I was maybe 18 years old been going here for years and I've always got the tamales I haven't been there in years so I just went back and they no longer sell tamales so I had to have a cast for hot dog which I never buy but it was good it was great I always came to Casper's for the tamales“
