My favorite Bay Area hotdogs place! With sliced onions and sliced tomatoes, not diced! Mustard and relish, this hotdog doesn't fall apart when you bite it! Tasty, inexpensive treat!
This ain't no party, this ain't no disco, 3 on atmosphere because it is a caspers, I should give it a 5 because it is exactly how it is meant to be!I have photos on my phone not this tablet, I even posted pics on my FB page when I was at the Caspers on Telegraph next to the 24 east bound on-ramp.. Love me some Casper's Dogs!

I was up on Telegraph with Paeekaa Haackootkoo lookin for his son in law because he forgot to take his medication. I wouldn't normally go to this extreme but the dudes an albino and if he doesn't medicate each day he'll turn just as pink as Pepto Bismol from the sun.
