It smells like an ash tray and the billing is very confusing. We went during happy hour and it wasn't all half off. We overpaid and seems deliberate to make the invoice difficult to understand. Also we didn't know that smoking is allowed but we were already there. Won't be going back unfortunately.
No idea why so many negative reviews - this place was great. Price maybe high but totally worth it. Tons of Chinese songs with decent selection of English songs. Could be better if have more Japanese songs.

If you can't speak Cantonese or Mandarin then don't even bother coming here unless you have Chinese friends that can speak either one or the other. If you do decide to come in without them don't expect great service from the staff. Very low quality sound system. Overpriced food & drink. There are much better karaoke places such as Doremi in SF or Jaguar in Oakland.
