Tacos La Raza Reviews
Best tacos in the East Bay. Great pastor. Line was long but food was worth it.
Ive been coming to Tacos La Raza for some years and they consistently deliver on flavor. The tacos de suadero are juicy, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I just had the packed steak super burrito and it was delicious. Salsa roja is perfect not overbearing.
My only complaint is the meat portions on the tacos are inconsistent. For some reason that bothers me.
The ladies are welcoming and friendly.
Overall, solid spot. 👌
Love it nice taste and good flavor

Tacos La Raza, located in Richmond's "tacos corridor" or 23rd Street, is a take-out focused tacqueria with a few outdoor tables and known for its unusual meats. Popular menu items include al pastor, cabeza (meat from cow head), and suadero (rose meat). The al pastor and cabeza are topped with a spicy salsa roja, while the suadero can be enjoyed with either red or green salsa. Burritos at Tacos La Raza have received high praise, being described as the "best ever" and "outstanding." However, some customers have expressed disappointment in the recent price increase of certain items, such as the pig skin tacos. The restaurant's close proximity to the La Raza Market can make parking difficult as the lot fills up by noon.
