“Valley donuts is a great little donut shop. They have a variety of tasty donuts, along with ham and cheese, croissants, and other delicious selections. The Farmer Brothers coffee that they have is to die for, definitely the best! The regulars everyday are nice and the kids love going in and picking out their donuts in the way to school.“

“Service is super slow. food comes out in multiple trips. including coffee and pastries. plus a couple other trips for silverware. servers had to be reminded to bring our missing items. Food was cold! Enchiladas verdes were good, but we only got 3 and they don't come with any sides. for the price we were expecting more food. chilaquiles were OK in terms of flavor, but were dry (not enough sauce)and some chips were stale. I had take some of the enchilada sauce to coat the stale chips. Molletes are not traditionally made. they were made with sliced bread not bolillo/telera as they should be, so bread got super soggy and chewy. chocolate muffin was not good either. it tasted as if it was sugar free/vegan or something. weird flavor, hard to explain. chocolate chip cookie was individually wrapped in plastic, which tells me it's not fresh. the only thing we enjoyed was the cafe cubano and the raspberry cheesecake.“

“Great job! Again purchased product for a work event, we needed large quantities of product. They were busier than usual, It was a promotional day for them. However they made sure we were taken care of and received what we needed on short notice. They even helped bring it to the car! Awesome customer service team! I observed great interaction with other customers as well!“

“My recommendation is actually directed at the head of the store. You may or may not be aware of this, but your employees are in the direct sun all morning, even when theyre inside the store. please get something set up to shade that window! They deserve it, they do a great job serving customers delicious drinks. be sure it has a slight angle on it so That it is effective at blocking the morning sun roast. It would be a simple way to keep happy employees, which is valuable, plus it may help save money on cooling costs as well 🙂“

“First time trying out the Protein Spot with my husband and OMGG I wish I tried them sooner! Everything was so balanced, not overly sweet. We got the Reese’s pb waffle, Oreo pb shake and they asked us if we’d like to sample the avocado toast which all of it was amazing. 11/10 definitely recommend ✨ we’re coming back!!“

“My first time at Picasso’s was yesterday for lunch. I ordered the Rafael (French Dip) and a side of macaroni salad. My wife ordered the Kingman and a side of Tomato Pesto Soup. My wife enjoyed the Kingman stating that it was “On Point.” However, she has not stopped raving to everyone about the Tomato Soup. She likes it very much and stated it was the best Tomato Soup she has ever had. My sandwich was so delicious. “I’ve been coming to Happy Pho for years, both before and after the new ownership, and I can honestly say it has never let me down. Lately I’ve been focusing on eating healthier and working out more, and I’m amazed at how flavorful the food is while still fitting perfectly into a health-conscious lifestyle.

Every meal I’ve had has been fresh, delicious, and consistently excellent. The service is always friendly and attentive, and there’s plenty of seating, so it never feels cramped.

“This place has honestly put Modesto on the map as far as I’m concerned. The owner wanted to create a one-stop shop for all things wellness, and she absolutely nailed it.
The drinks are genuinely amazing. At a lot of coffee shops, you take one sip and get hit with an overwhelming amount of sugar and artificial flavors. At Flora, it’s the complete opposite. The drinks taste clean, refreshing, and actually leave you feeling good while still satisfying your cravings.
The atmosphere is incredible. You can tell how much work and passion the owner puts into this place. From the creative drinks to fun events like Mat & Matcha, there’s always something going on that makes Flora feel like more than just a coffee shop.
The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fit the vibe of the space. Everything about Flora is aesthetically pleasing without feeling forced. It honestly feels like walking into a Pinterest board brought to life.

If you’re in Modesto and haven’t been to Flora yet, you’re missing out. It’s easily one of the coolest and most unique spots in town

“I finally made it to Bob’s Coffee Shop in Hughson Ca. What a special treat this was for me! I had The Bone In Ham Breakfast that comes with eggs and country potatoes. I also had a biscuit with gravy that had amazing flavors. For my beverages I had apple 🍎 juice, ice water and black coffee. I definitely plan on making this one of my regular breakfast spots. The service here is really attentive and friendly.“
