“The Rustic Fork was recommended by a local realtor and being new to the area we were excited to try it out. However we were extremely disappointed with the service and management. We waited at least 45 minutes for a basic hamburger, the waitresses were not attentive and you had to basically waive them down just for them to notice you. Even when I was able to flag a waiter down and asked them could they bring some lemons and hot water, the person said of course and totally forgot to bring the lemons and hot water. When the food finally arrived the fries were cold, however the burger was amazing. I brought off this to the attention of the manager, Kelsey, although she looked like she was lost in space, she apologized and said due to filming that was taking place on the premises they were running behind. I said so the customer has to suffer because your filming? She just looked puzzled gave us a slight minuscule discount which clearly showed a lack of appreciation for our time.“

“I came to Duke’s for the first time last night with my brother. I was really surprised by the experience! I was expecting a typical dive bar experience, but it was really a bit more elevated. The bartender was hilarious and extremely welcoming. We ordered a Modelo pitcher and we’re offered salt or tajin on the rims of our glasses—we chose tajin.

We also ordered some food. I had the Duke’s Burger with a side of onion rings and my brother had the blackened chicken dinner. The burger was perfectly medium rare and extremely flavorful. It was an awesome burger. The onion rings were good, too, and they gave us quite a lot. My brother’s chicken was super juicy and tender, and the mashed potatoes were very creamy and tasty.

Overall, it was an awesome experience and I totally recommend coming here for dinner! It was so good! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Riverside.“

“It felt very homey and peaceful to sit down and eat at this restaurant :) Had their albondigas and for dessert, their chocolate muffin sundae, that came with a warm muffin, vanilla icecream, nuts, and whipped cream. That was my favorite part of that meal, and our server said it was her first time making it. That was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had, and she nailed the presentation :) I think she wanted to take a picture, but I’m not sure she was able to. “Picked up lunch and it did not disappoint! The ABC specialty burger was well seasoned and expertly assembled - perfect bite of cheddar, creamy avocado, crispy bacon, juicy tomato, and red onion. Peruvian Bowl - classic, always good, packed with flavor, perfect blend of sweet/savory/spicy. Will always be a favorite.

2. Service - Cory (sp.) was our server today, excellent service. He even made a trip to the kitchen to get my husband a bigger spoon for his Gumbo. 🤣

3. Wait time / atmosphere - Overall pretty clean; seating time on a Saturday afternoon was about 10 minutes for my party of 2. There was a mix up with another party of two having the same names but no biggie.

We got seated right away I n the patio, the waiter brought a fresh bowl of water out for our fur baby, took our order and everything was perfectly timed. Couldn't ask for better service drinks or food! Will definitely be returning! There are very few places to eat and have your fur babies with you and they are made to feel so very welcome! “I visited Yard House during Happy Hour and tried the poke nachos, Thai chicken lettuce wraps, and sliders with fries. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming overall.

The poke nachos, which I usually love, tasted different this time—something was off compared to the usual quality. The Thai chicken lettuce wraps were just okay. I was surprised by the presentation; instead of minced chicken mixed with other ingredients for a more complex flavor and texture, it was simply chopped grilled chicken served in a fried tortilla bowl. It felt a bit uninspired.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the sliders, which were flavorful and well-prepared. If I return for Happy Hour, I’d stick with those.“

Tasty as always. But this time it looks like they sprinkled on some sort of spice, that was in my opinion, unnecessary. It didn't really add anything to the flavor. All the food was hot and quickly served. Dessert was New York cheesecake cake and custard pie. All of it was delicious!!
