“Food was delicious! Very flavorful, and the special coffee flight was SO yummy. The server was very friendly and helpful - she pointed out the QR code on the menu that has the monthly items. It is a bit on the pricier side, but that is expected with a brunch place, and the food was well worth it. It's beautifully decorated and very inviting. Will definitely be returning!“

“Like every other food option on the CBU campus, Briscos is always delicious. Even after living here for 3 years I still haven't become tired of eating here. If you've been to a sandwich shop then you'll be familiar with the menu here. Plenty of options for meat, cheeses, sauces, toppings, and breads. Chances are whatever sandwich you're craving, you can make it here.“

“They are charging for extra syrup. When you do a take out order, they know their pancake suck up syrup. You need 4 to 5 little box. of syrup to go for a 3 stack of pancakes. And they give me one, maybe 2 at best that's crazy other than that good.“

“It is very chill family orientated, nice music play list ,great service, no long waits the food is excellent. Fresh and hot . The burgers are my favorite. The classic or the bacon ranch avocado burger is better than any of the fast food places. I wish I would have known sooner how healthier they look taste and smell. Big sirloin patties, real meat cooked to your desire, minus the grease and pink slime. Even the lettuce and tomato are chosen fresh cuts. Not limp lettuce and fry tomato butts. Everything is crafted with care, every meal. I think that's what makes IHOP stand out.“

“We have been frequenting the IHOP in Glen Carbon IL since it’s reopening. Our experience has been great. Credit given to our sweet waitress Makenna C. She is the perfect waitress, she has a great personality and makes you feel so welcome. The food is great and being gf, I truly appreciate the gluten friendly pancakes and other menu items.“

“Honestly we like this one cause the foods always good. Although some times the menu advertised in the details isn't as true and I have to asked them to make it like it says. Service isn't always the best but when I get that ONE server that is attentive and actually has a smile on their face, I definitely tip well and its nice to come back and see them working. I enjoy IHop alot, this one just needs a little work on service.“

“I totally enjoyed the sandwich and sides I ate while visiting this restaurant.
The store was clean, the staff were friendly, cooked quickly, and the food was hot & fresh and tastey.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it is fast food. It isn't spectacular, but the food is good.
Maybe I am too uppity and bougie.
Nevertheless I will be back and hungry!“
