“This is me and my husband favorite date place. We usually go to the one in Eastvale, but we found this one. We absolutely loved it because there was a place for us to sit down comfortably. The service was amazing. The lady taking our order was very nice. She even cleaned off our table.“

“I have been to many El Pollo Locos and I have to say this location is the best! I know they all have the same menu but the taste is definitely not the same! They are far superior to all the other locations and I have been to many in my travels! The cook is always super friendly (greeting people as they come in) and most of the workers at the cashier are as well! They never disappoint! 👏🏼“

“Hey guys. Big Chick-fil-A fans here, so this one hurt a little. We waited while our food was being made, but everything came out cold. Cold fries, cold sandwiches, and drinks that were basically iced water. Even the side of pickles was only two, and the requested mayo was missing. Tried calling to report it, but we’re still waiting to talk to a manager… and we’re still waiting…“

“I don't leave reviews too often but I have to because I had the experience at El Pollo Loco thanks to Geddony! She was so friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and just right. Her positive attitude made the visit stand out, and she truly deserves recognition and a raise!

“It's a nice location with a good seating area. The food is excellent as always and it's not too loud the way it's structured you don't really hear a lot of kids playing. The prices are very reasonable for what you're getting, it probably has the best quality chicken among most of the fast food places. Try to use their app because you'll get a ton of discounts“

“Today El Pollo Loco you have Wow’d me with the improvements to your double chicken tostada bowl. You fixed the shell, it’s crispy yet soft. You’re putting the good parts of the lettuce. The rice is perfectly cooked and soft, almost like a really soft sushi rice. Thank you for removing the corn. The beans were finely cooked the right way. They were not under cooked any more. The chicken was so soft and tender. You guys really did a great job on improving the textures and flavor. And with your $10 coupon it was worth every dollar. The drive through moved quick considering it was lunch time. So yes I would totally recommend this dish and location!!!!“
