Your corporate office should address these issues and you need to spend the money to have online ordering. Your location is giving Juan Pollo a bad name. I will be contacting corporate to let them know that your not following their guidelines. Don't be cheap. In the US we have rules that you must abide by.

Place was dark, had a bad smell to it. Rice had no flavor like no salt no pieces of chicken inside it. Potato salad same thing no flavor. Beans were ok. Bought 2 chickens 1 was fine the other had black burned areas to it. Salsa was ok and tortillas tasted undercooked.
