The parking lot is scary , always homeless people roaming around, they run out of items and dont me ruin it until they already charge you. But they gave the money back. If they were well stocked this place would be bomb

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had pleasant experiences with attentive and hardworking staff, others have faced issues with inaccurate orders and long wait times.
Despite the challenges, the restaurant's staff has been praised for their efforts. Customers have noted that the manager, Hanna, and her crew, including a young employee, work diligently during busy shifts to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and with a positive attitude. One customer highlighted the excellent service they received from Hanna and Analie, suggesting that other locations could benefit from their training tips. Another customer appreciated the assistant manager's ability to handle their order changes patiently and ensure their food was fresh.
However, not all experiences have been positive. Some customers have reported receiving incorrect orders, such as regular tenders instead of spicy ones or sides that were different from what was requested. Despite these issues, the restaurant has been commended for providing extra items, such as an additional wing, to make up for mistakes.
Overall, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen seems to strive for good customer service, but may struggle with consistency in order accuracy and staffing during peak hours. Customers have expressed a mix of positive and negative experiences, particularly noting the effectiveness of Hanna and her crew, highlighting the need for the restaurant to address these challenges to ensure a more reliable and enjoyable dining experience.
