The salmon here is fatty and delicious. The fish to rice ratio is better than any other sushi places in the area. My only complaint is the service isn't always the best... especially if they are busy. Overall Vanilla Fish quality and taste is hard to beat. My go to spot for sushi in Riverside.
Food is really good I go for all you can eat and I love everything about it I keep forgetting to take pictures because I eat it before I remember to post the only thing is for refill on drinks the do take a little while to com by but other than that I give them 100%

Went to vanilla fish for the second time and even more impressed than last time. EVERY ITEM on the menu is good! Usually sushi places specialize in making their sushi the best, but everything here is good. The chicken karaage was veryyyyy delicious. Chicken fried rice was also really flavorful. My new favorite roll here is "hot night". And the prices here are insane check this place out
