“If you are looking for Fine Dining in Roseville this is the place. We love everything about Rose Park Bistro, our Server Alex is the Best very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Food tastes amazing, we have been there multiple times and have taken friends and the quality of the food and drinks is consistent. Also, the Paella wonderful❤️ Vernon & I will definitely be back.“
“Don't know about the food but would have given it five stars had parking been easier. Felt a little sacrilegious taking my wife to drink here on a Sunday afternoon and having to park in front of the church next door.
Absolutely wonderful inside, dimly lit nice lounge seating and furniture in the corner and side, looks like it had a fireplace too but don't know if it works. Definitely a bar you can relax in.“

“Great atmosphere and the service is top-notch! Drew was especially knowledgeable when it comes to wine and spirits! He shared so much with us about the bourbon club and wine list!. I had no idea back bistro was such a wonderful place for the community! We will definitely be back! Five stars plus!“
“Not a bad drink on the menu. “Cozy on the rocks” and “roses for Mary” were great variations on the old fashioned. “Smash or pass” was also fantastic. Honorable mention for “West of Eden” and “pico de cocktail.” Solid bourbon selection.

“Best waffles I’ve ever had! I believe they were topped with a marscapone creme !! Wow! The only thing is bring a sweater or jacket , it was cold in there because of the air system -they couldn't change it. I will recommend and be back !“

“This was probably one of our best experiences coming to Zocalo, Folsom! Our server, Jose, went above and beyond and made us feel like "family" or at least customers he has worked with before. Every person that interacted with us was absolutely friendly, professional, and made us feel beyond welcomed. More than one manager also stopped by to ensure that we were being taken care of. Gabriel stopped by a couple of times, and we made sure he knew how much we enjoyed coming to this location and what an amazing staff they have here. Our neighbor, Luke, who works there, popped by to see us as well even though we weren't in his section, which made us feel special. We have nothing but praise for Zocalo, and will continue coming here as our special date night. Thank you for always making this an incredible experience for us EACH AND EVERY TIME we come! GRACIAS!“
