It's a good balance of relaxed "next door" atmosphere, with a top quality menu and preparation. Try the Elk medallions if they're on the menu! “This is what I would recommend as elegant dinning with attentive service. If you are looking for a place to impress your partner they set the standard for attentive service. From the time you enter to the time you leave it's all about you and your guests. Started out the "Ahi Tuna Tartare" then the "Slow Roasted Short Rib" and for dessert I had the "Ukrainian Honey Cake". The Tuna Tartar, with the Moroccan Spices stood out for me, this is not poke. But it was all about the beef. I have not had a better Short Rib anywhere else. Cook perfectly with good flavor on a bed of sweet corn with a splash of gravy. They have salt and pepper on the table, but if you feel a need to use, their is something wrong with you. Now the dessert, I took a risk with the "Honey", the word "Honey" just stands out as to sweet. You know the Winny the Poo thing. But it had a right balance with the berries and Chantilly creme. Went well with a fresh cup of coffee. Prices are reasonable. Remember your not just coming here for just the food, you'll be experiencing an attentive special night out. Enjoy.“

“Pleasantly surprised.....in the heart of Palladio in Folsom is a restaurant that caught my eye, Back Bistro. Today I made a stop just after 3pm, what a find! Happy hour everyday from 3 to 6pm. Great selection of happy hour appetizers and drinks. My favs were the Tequila Sour, Ahi Poke Wontons, Philly Cheese Steak Sliders, and Cajun fries. Limited but good beer specials as well. Great bar service, good value and specials, see pics. The place does not disappoint. I am definitely coming back.“

“Wonderful time celebrating a friend‘s birthday over Saturday brunch! The atmosphere is off-the-charts beautiful, and the restaurant and staff are just lovely. Crabcakes Benedict on homemade biscuits, and the spring salad with chicken were just wonderful. Props to our waiter, William! He hunted down a candle for us for the warm brownie sundae for the birthday girl, which we devoured before poking around the plants, pottery and gift shops. Can’t wait to go back. Love this place!“

“On, Friday, January 24th we came in as a large party (9 adults, and 10 children) with no reservation for a poorly planned birthday celebration. We came in around 4:30, and were told they didn't have the space to accommodate us right then, BUT they would have their large room available in an hour when the waitress running the room started her shift. I know we were so lucky it was available but I just appreciated so much being accommodated considering our poor planning. In the future we will be sure to make a reservation well in advance. We managed to kill an hour, and when we got back and seated in the large room, we realized quickly it was worth the wait. It's a large room with a door, that we had primarily to ourselves the entire time. Our amazing waitress got an order in quickly for breadsticks (which were so delicious) to keep the hungry kids settled. Which was very appreciated. She was just so patient and kind with our chaotic group. She seemed at ease, was friendly and kept everything organized. The food as always was delicious. Everything was so good. The salads, the wings, the pizzas... everything I've come to love at Old town pizza. My absolute favorite pizza place hands down. Aside from the food being consistently delicious, the service here is excellent. The staff is amazing... from the host to the pick up counter. This was my birthday pick and not only was I beyond happy with the experience, so was everyone in my party. Some were new customers who raved about the food and some had never experienced your sit down service before. Everyone walked away full and happy. I could not have asked for a better experience. I just feel bad I waited so long to write this. I will continue to rave about OTP to anyone who will listen and I will be back again soon. Thank you OTP Roseville.“

“I had fish & salad. The fish was lightly beer- battered and very fresh, accompanied by a crisp flavorful salad. When I ordered a porter, I was bought two to sample, both excellent; I recommend the Donner Party Porter The wait staff was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. Also ordered at my table was a turkey and Swiss sandwich. The roasted turkey was stacked high, with sliced avocado and tomato on toasted sourdough. The food definitely exceeded " bar food" expectations. We dined on the patio as it was a fine day, but next time the pool table, music, & bar are calling me.

Parking: We found parking easily within a block radias, but this was not at a peak hour.

Honestly this is the best place for brunch on the weekends, with plenty of patio space, DELICIOUS food (their crispy potatoes are sooo addictive), and of course, surrounded by books and magazines to enjoy. “We had an to Roy in Granite Bay and decided to try this since it was close by. So glad we found it! I love the atmosphere and location. Food was terrific and staff was very friendly. The Farm Bowl was delicious. My 12 year old can be a picky eater so thankfully there was a special of braised beef sliders, which he loved. Happy to recommend it. We need to come back for breakfast.“

“Me with husb love Land Ocean and come here all the time. It’s our favorite restaurant because the food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. I always order my favorite dish, the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, which is amazing. The desserts and cocktails are also top-notch. I think this is the best place in Roseville. You should visit and see for yourself!

“I’ve always had fun at each location. Most recently we went to the one in the Palladio. There’s always sports on multiple screens & our bartender was so thoughtful & talented. “I’ve been coming here since it was The Couch. It’s a good location in Citrus Heights/Carmichael. Very clean and nice atmosphere. I usually go before 7pm so can’t really speak about the night crowd, but very quiet and chill during the day. Happy hour has changed however, they got rid of the “devil fries” :/. But anyways it’s one of my local favorites!“

“We enjoyed our calamari, crab nachos, chicken sandwich, wagyu burger, sides of truffle fries and Caesar salad, and cocktails! The old school classic music that played toward the end of our dinner made us dance in our seats and enjoy our dinner even more. Seth is an excellent and attentive server. He showed me the menu because of my dietary restrictions and made sure we got our food orders in good timing because of our concert we were headed to. The manager took care of us too and closed the blinds without us needing to ask, to block the sun from hitting us. We can't wait to come back and we will be recommending Junior to friends and family!
