Hien Khanh is a cozy restaurant with a super nice owner who goes out of his way to make recommendations, like offering popular drinks for kids instead of caffeinated ones. The pandan mung bean drink and Thai tea are highly recommended for adults. The service is great, with lots of help and recommendations available. The menu includes a variety of desserts, like pandan coconut cake, cassava cake, and a unique black eye peas dessert with a slimy texture that is surprisingly enjoyable. The restaurant is cash only, located inside a plaza with plenty of parking. The dessert selection may be a bit confusing to order, but the coconut milk dessert cup with taro is a must-try.
