I haven't been to Jamba in probably 2 years and I so happen to be near and wanted one. The lady working in the grey collared shirt working the register on November 17 at 1:44pm seems to be in a bad mood with how she is speaking to customers. Barely and "hi" just goes straight to it. And she doesn't even try to hide her annoyance. She was just with her eyebrows furrowed the entire time. The store itself was pretty well kept with an exception of a few pieces of of paper on the floor.
I placed my smoothie order for pick-up through the Jamba Juice app this afternoon. Upon applying a reward code for 50% off any smoothie, the total was adjusted accordingly. However, the final paid amount stated on the next page of confirmation shows that I paid full price for the smoothie.Explaining this to the staff who helped me in store when I went to pick up, he simply stated, "I don't know what to do about it." Two large drinks 19$ and some change, macha gatcha and carrot juice . Not worth it in my opinion, the drinks are made with so much ice. If you poured the liquid out, you will have less than half of the cup’s volume.
