I went in that night with a colleague to check it out, LOVED it & have been back several times since. The owner is Jason, fantastic customer service, great whiskey, excellent drinks - thank you!!!“

“Anna was are server. We came in for apps and drinks food was really good, it wasn’t your typical greasy bar food it was actually very flavorful. She recommended some drinks that were super good, they are now my new favorite. Great service.“

“Every night since i moved away from Roseville... I am haunted by the chili verde burrito and the table salsa. NOBODY else does a burrito like they do, and if you eat here, you will forever be cursed with the hunger. Ive had countless nights where i wake up screaming because i know in my soul I dont have access to Carmelitas anymore. This review is based on the last time i had the ability to eat there, 2010-2014. God has forsaken me. There must be no more room in hell, as the Devil walks on earth to torment my soul since 2015. Also the salsa is a top 5 all timers of california. not really spicy but heavy of the flavor. It'll make your local taco truck commit seppuku. As will i shortly as ive dishonored my bloodline by not being able to move back, therefore never being able to bless my children with this life changing burrito. I dont deserve their forgiveness.“

“Came in here because a friend said they had happy hour everyday but we saw the sign only said M-F on the bar. Didn't matter since we were only coming in for one drink before heading to dinner and I checked in and they had a $4.50 deal for Jack or Crown on Yelp check in, so that worked for me. Nice and attentive bartenders. Even though they were a little busy they would still come check on you and my friends liked their drinks too. (Long Island ice tea and Jamison on the rocks) they have plenty of seating and noticed even more further back we lucked out and found the last three stools together at the bar. Nice place and so close to the restaurants in the area and definitely priced better that they are on drinks so come check em out.“

“Just had dinner there with my wife. We love Chili's. From the second we walked in the door the hostess' were friendly and we were immediately sat. Our server, Olivia, quickly came by, checked in with us and took our drink orders. In the hour that we were there, Olivia checked in with us 5 or 6 times. Additionally, I looked around I saw smiles on all the team members faces on a busy night, loved that. No one seemed rushed but but still efficient. Runners and bussers were quick to clean up and flip the tables when someone left.

The restaurant was clean, the food was great and we walked out of there with 2 drinks each, an appetizer and an entree each for less than $100. Honestly, incredible. Big shout out to this location, their staff and the manager and/or owner of this location.“

“It’s been a while since we’ve been to The Place, and it will now become a part of our regular places in Roseville. The food and service are excellent. The Place has an old and authentic Italian feel about it. We started with the seasonal caprese salad, which included heirloom tomatoes, and it was wonderful. The rosemary focaccia bread is amazing, and hard to not fill up on it before our pasta. We had the Macceroni e Formaggio and added meatballs and the Boscaiola add Italian sausage. Both were delicious and large servings, leftovers were plenty for another meal. Pretty much everything on the menu looks great. Good selection of wine, beer, and craft cocktails. Next time we’re going to split a salad and pizza; they have a wonderful selection of Neapolitan-style pizza. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend The Place and encourage making reservations. Enjoy!!“

“Recommend the chicken quesadilla, with the rice and beans, only reason they dont get a perfect 5 stars is since I feel the rice and beans they could serve a little bit more, rice and beans are cheap items, but the food is good, and plenty of seating and it comes out quickly, good if your looking for something a bit different.“
