The Older Caucasian gentle was awesome, I wasn’t expecting to meet someone with such an uplifting personality and professional demeanor for fast food . He made no ice but no eyes in your drink joke genuinely cool af guy : ) we could use more people like him around . Oh and the food was hot and fresh no complaints and whenever I do go here they hire the right folks .

I had a carls gift card. The young man said he had no way to scan it. I’ve used these same gift cards for a couple of years?!?! I don’t understand the problem?! He needs to be trained properly!!! Get it together!
