“Tea Time catered our daughter’s tea party themed first birthday. They were incredibly responsive to messages and calls and so patient will all my questions. The food was absolutely AMAZING! And everything just beautifully prepared. I 100% recommend them and look forward to eventually being able to make it in for tea time at their restaurant. Such a wonderful and kind small business to support.“

“This tea room is fantastic. I will be raving about this place for days and weeks to come. The service was fantastic, and even on such a busy afternoon with their 2:30 tea service and almost every table booked, the hostess was very attentive and checked on every table many times. The food was excellent. I especially loved the salmon sandwich and my sister loved the curry, which is not a recipe you would expect with a Victorian feeling tea service, but it was a delightful surprise. The acoustics are perfect. It made the overall experience exemplary for the socializing aspect of an afternoon tea. And to wrap up my review I have to talk about the incredible decor which made my heart sing. The ceiling tiles were beautiful and every piece of decor and wall art was perfectly placed and meticulously chosen. It brought together a perfect Tea Room without an overcrowded feel or an under decorated aesthetic.“

“won’t be coming back to this bubble tea shop. There was no greeting when I walked in. I ordered two drinks and a piece of cake, and they didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. After waiting six minutes, they had only made one drink. They had to remake the order to get the second drink done, and still didn’t provide a receipt. Maybe they misheard my order, but if they had given me a receipt, I would have noticed right away.

I didn’t leave a tip—first, because there was no customer service attitude, and second, because my order was to-go. Even when they messed up the order, I didn’t receive a single apology. When my order was ready, they just set it on the counter and mumbled something without caring whether I heard it. When I left, there was still no greeting, just two girls behind the counter whispering while looking at me.“

“I sat at the bar and waited but the bartenders only helped people who were standing in line at the register as if i wasnt sitting at the bar waiting. So after seeing them help everyone who was in line and helping people who walked in after me. I just got in the back of the line after 5 people who arrived after me and then was helped. After that they started serving me at the bar. It was surprisingly delicious though. Nice dark chill atmosphere and definitely unique. I'll be back.“
