Seriously good coffee and a good place for lunch. Fun spot and real nice people. The burrito was especially good.
5 Sips and the new owner is amazing! I came in for just the second time since they switched owners, and it was a wonderful experience. Super COVID conscious, they gave my daughter a free hot chocolate (which blew her mind) and the owner Michael even helped us carry our food and drinks across the street so that we could have a picnic. Totally recommend supporting this great local spot!
Five Sips Coffee and Tea is a delightful cafe located on 11th Avenue across the street from PZ Cervantes Park. And just a hop skip and a jump away from Land Park.
Perfect for grabbing a cup of Joe for a stroll around the course. Or breathing in the relaxing scenery on their front breezeway patio.
Also offering pastries and bagel sammy's.
I enjoyed the maple walnut bar. Delicious!!!
