“(2/7/21) Went in today and was not disappointed! Ordered seafood pad see ew, beef broccoli, and chicken fried rice; all three were freshly made, the beef was tender, broccoli wasn’t soggy, but super fresh! The rice was moist and soft just like I was craving it; and the gravy was exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing I would do differently would be asking for extra shrimp, my kids ate them and only left me one 🤣 The Thai tea was so good, I ordered a second one for later 👌 I’ll definitely be going back to try other things off their menu 👌“

Their sandwiches are ? we tried the Smoked Char Siu Brisket with the Red Curry Aioli sauce and the Smoked Five-Spice Chicken Teriyaki with the Thai Basil Aioli, both were super delicious and nice & spicy. “We ordered 12 pieces of boneless chicken, half soy-glazed and crunchy. The chicken wasn’t dry and tasted good. Also, we ordered their chicken fried rice with soy glazed; the rice was flavorful, and my toddler ate a lot.

They have everything to go, but you can still dine in, they provide plastic utensils and paper plates if you happen to sit there. They have small wipes too. The restaurant was clean. The plaza has many parking spaces available.“

These owners work very hard to feed us on the Sacramento area, and I chose to support them because without them, I would be spending 2x as much somewhere else.“

“Ive been coming here since the owners had it as a Quickly, I miss the huge cup sizes they had lol. I dont go as often since I moved away, but whenever im in the area i stop in. Really lovely place to read, study or chill with friends (the beware its a guarantee you'll buy more snacks cause their food is always so yummy). All the staff are great, and they usually play music. I love when its kpop or jpop, but sometimes theres lofi, or cdrama ost playing too. Also I often get delivery from them (despite the far away fee) because this is one of the few places that dont add extra ice to their delivery teas, and their food always tastes just as good as when I walk in. I do wish they had more unsweet options for their teas, but some of their teas do go as low as 50% sweetness. I just hope they bring back a rose tea option, it was my favorite tea when I first started coming here.“

“This is one of my new favorite place to get poached chicken which is so tender and juicy. I love the ginger sauce that comes with it and you can drench that over the chicken or the rice. They also have some flavor rice that cooks with ginger and garlic and the poached chicken juice and it is so flavorful and savory. I also tried their crying tiger which is their Grill stick and it comes with some Spicy Thai lime juice which is so addicting after you dip it once. The steak has perfect Grill marks but the steak was a little bit overcooked so next time I order it I will request medium rare to have a little bit of pink. I love how the crying tiger comes with some fresh cucumber so when it gets a little spicy it cools down the taste bud. I also try to grill pork which was grilled to perfection but it was a little bit on the dry side as well a little bit too overcooked. I also love how I got the crispy fried chicken which was perfect and tender and it comes with some Thai chili sauce which you can dip it in and it is very sweet and savory and crunchy all in one bite. Also don't forget to try there Thai tea which is really refreshing and milky. The setup of a ghost kitchen is you order online and you go there and pick up your order after you ring the doorbell and the sweet Mama comes and bring out your food to you and then you go on your way. “The individual hot pot is excellent — each broth has its own unique flavor. There are great options for everyone, from light and healthy to spicy and sweet & sour.

The snacks are also very good. The crispy oyster omelet was fresh with a natural sweetness, and the crispy fried chicken had a light spicy, aromatic flavor.

The kumquat drink is a must-try, and the self-serve dipping sauce bar is delicious with many choices.

“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! The conversation between the three of them were load and unprofessional. I was so ready to leave! Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.“

“I have heard wonderful things so I decided to try this local spot. To start, I was pleasantly welcomed by the cashier with politeness and a smile. The owners and the cashier are very nice and welcoming people. Don't be foolish and let the dated outside fool you, this spot is a lovable local gem!

The server/cashier came to check on me multiple times, which truly emphasized their care for their customers. The food came relatively quick for I only had to wait about 5-ish minutes.

I loved the chicken teriyaki bowl that I ordered, which came with tsukemono, a simple and deliciously refreshing cabbage topping. The food was straight forward, yet delicious and full of flavor, the chicken was quite tender as well. The way they prepared the chicken in thin-julienne-like cuts was unique and allowed the teriyaki sauce to cover more surface are, truly fusing the grilled umami flavor of the neatly cooked chicken with the dark and flavorful teriyaki sauce.

Using my best judgement, the prices of the food is about the same you would find anywhere else. For the plates/ bowls they offer 3 different sizes. Some other menu items they feature are burgers, fish fry, beef, and chicken katsu.

Additionally the restroom that is out back was clean and ready to use(kindly ask to use the restroom and you'll be given a key). The inside of the restaurant was clean without a speck of food or liquid in site. The tables, ground, and even on top of the trash cans were as clean as a brand new car.

Overall, I will absolutely be returning to this local gem and am looking forward to trying their other menu items. If you find yourself nearby and looking for a bite, consider giving this Korean-family-owned restaurant some love! 🙌🏼🍚🍗“

“I’ve been coming here ever since I’ve moved into the area about 6 years ago. Always excellent service and great food though today was outstanding! I ordered a large wonton soup with one container having only broth. I mentioned I was sick and I loved the broth. When I got home after picking up my food I found a complete order with a separate container with only broth. Good caring people here at T&Z“
