Had an excellent flat white and smooth tasty matcha latte - not hot. The customer service was superb and other friendly patrons were chatty and excited to return for another coffee. The coffee trailer is beautifully crafted and everything was clean! The menu was easy to read and both things I tried were delicious. Will definitely be driving out again!! 🥰

Definitely not a working café. There is only one outlet and limited seating. But that feels intentional. This is a place meant to be enjoyed. It’s warm, welcoming, and the coffee is noticeably high quality.

I met Nancy (the owner) as she was giving free coffee out to support a local non-profit. Not only was the coffee delicious but this place really cares about Sacramento and doing right by the community. Can’t recommend you coming into the shop enough!

Balance Coffee Shop is a very cozy café with interesting, health-conscious options for both coffee and non‑coffee drinkers. It is not a working café; there is only one outlet and limited seating, which feels intentional. The place is warm, welcoming, and the coffee is noticeably high quality. Popular drinks include the turmeric anti‑inflammatory oat milk latte, the Golden Bear drink, Mazapan latte, guava matcha, and the drink of the day “Kulture” – a dark chocolate oat milk with chipotle and cinnamon espresso. Customers love the unique names of the drinks and the fact that they use less sugar and wholesome ingredients. The shop also offers a few gluten free pastries. The owner is super nice and the worker was nice. The shop is located in a convenient location right by lots of great shops, and the space is small but cozy with seating for 3‑4 people and a high bar stool by the window. Drinks are delicious, baked goods are delicious, and the intentional healthier options make it a favorite spot for those who want a cool, calm, and collected coffee experience.
