“Grange is a true gem in Sacramento. The menu is simple and elegant, showcasing delicious meals inspired by fresh, local ingredients. Service was top-notch—the staff is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They offer an excellent wine assortment, and the bar features two large TVs, making it a great spot to catch a game. The dining room is contemporary, comfortable, and spacious. It's incredibly convenient if you're staying at the amazing Citizen Hotel; otherwise, valet and street parking are available (though be mindful of the local surroundings). Personal Note: Years ago, Grange catered my wedding upstairs in the hotel, and it was first-class! Given my years of positive experiences, I'll definitely be back.“

“I took the family here to try something different and overall it was a good experience. My kids and husband liked their food. I decided to be adventurous and order the squash with wild rice and sadly I did not like it at all. The manager noticed at the end of our meal that I had barely touched it and she discounted our entire bill. She said she felt bad that she didn’t notice sooner because she would have brought me something else. She had just started her shift. I should have asked what her name was because that was top notch service and she is the reason this is a 5 star rating instead of 2. Our server wasn’t great, but management made up for it.“

“Breakfast was really good. Eggs were cooked perfect for me and tots were golden brown and didn’t taste like old fryer oil. cool neighborhood joint in east Sacramento. The new owners are doing good things to the place. Place was getting busy by the time we left. Mixed crowd with good vibes. Nice outside patio area as well :) I think they had every game on they could. LOTS of TV’s……. Will be back for sure.“

“When I first went to Fire Taproom, I was truly amazed. The atmosphere, including the workers, were extremely friendly. The food I ordered (the Classic Burger) was absolutely delicious. My kids ordered the Chicken Tenders and wouldn't stop telling me about how much they loved it. My husband ordered the FTR Chicken Sandwich and really liked it. The fries were also amazingly seasoned, unlike any other restaurant I have been to before. The place was truly amazing, and I can't wait to come again.“

“This is a really cool chill bar to spend time at either by yourself or with some friends. The times that I’ve been here it’s a laid back environment even on the busier nights. There’s indoor seating, bar seating, and outdoor seating. The bartenders are friendly and cool, the drinks are good and I like the cider options here. This isn’t the place you’ll be dancing to the music at but you could definitely chit chat with the regulars or bartenders. Came recently and sat inside with my friend enjoying a drink after dinner while baseball played on the tv. It was relaxing and a great place for a lowkey hang out. Bartender was attentive and quick with our drinks.“

“I had to have a very serious spinal operation at Sutter Medical that required us to have an 11 day stay. I cannot thank the staff enough for their compassion and kindness. They genuinely wanted to make sure that my room was clean and I had everything that I needed. It meant the world to me. The front desk staff and housekeeping went above and beyond! Plus, the food at the restaurant was top notch!“

“The Mushroom lounge is what some might call the definition of a "dive bar". Usually nothing but locals and a sprinkle of new folks. Bartenders are knowledgeable of different drinks, however most people just have beer or Jameson whiskey shots. Two pool tables with usually serious pool players who will gladly help a new player understand the game and whatnot. Fridays and Saturdays karaoke is jammin!! To finish up I'll quote singer Toby Keith "I love this bar"“

“The flame club has been in Midtown Sacramento for as long as I can remember. In fact, I bet it hasn’t changed since the day it opened sometime who knows when. It’s a great dive bar, if you want a stiff drink with a small price tag and a bartender that will listen to you cry.“

I’ve lived in the area for 43 years and visit a couple times a year, however not sure if I’ll be going back, $75 for my wife and I to have burgers and a beer is a little ridiculous. Burgers and Brew on R St, has Niman Ranch Beef and the bacon jalapeño burgers are $3.50 less than a regular burger at Dukes. I want to support local but $21 burgers and $10 beers….not the go to.“

“This outdoor lounge area with bar is the perfect people watching spot at DOCO! I can have a quick cocktail before or after an event at Golden1 or hang for a while and relax in the sun. Picnic tables and rocking chairs and a place for the kiddos to run around. Brilliant idea for a bar!“

“There's a full restaurant attached downstairs, it is a tad small of a footprint for a club. People are friendly, just sort of enclosed. If you like close quarters with the feel of a rooftop lounge then it's for you. Plenty of seating, somewhere I would like to sit and converse.“

The quality of their sound system, and music selection and thier show presentation was by far the best I've experienced if had. I've been singing karaoke in the greater sacred area since 1994.
