ROBOT COFFEE!
Some coffee shops sell caffeine. BotBar Coffee sells optimism with a side of engineering.
The coffee is excellent, of course, but that’s almost beside the point. Watching a robot barista make your drink is part science fiction, part performance art, and somehow it still feels surprisingly personal because the people behind it care so much.

Adam, the Bot was very polite and efficient. The human, I didn't catch his name, but he was polite and helpful. The coffee had a good flavor, even though customization was a bit limited. Would visit again.
