😍 Yummy, healthy, fresh food. Just love the location with the Capitol right there. Great place to walk to if you work in the downtown area!

La Bou Bakery & Cafe is a quiet and quaint bakery/cafe serving high-quality pastries and excellent drinks. The menu features staple items, including the fulfilling Capital breakfast on croissants. The bakery is known for its delicious sandwiches and freshly baked croissants, such as apricot, chocolate, ham & cheese, turkey & cheese, and spinach & cheese. The Roasted Chicken Club Panini sandwich combo is very filling and the Tomato Bisque is a favorite with actual tomato chunks and soft baguette slices to dip. Customer service is excellent and the staff is friendly and fast. With a large parking garage above the restaurant, it's a convenient spot for a quick and satisfying meal and a lovely atmosphere.
