Great spot with big portions and very good service a man took my order very kind and great customer service only negative is no indoor dining and closes early sometimes
I’ve been here twice now and tried a couple different things. Every order has very generous portions. Today was the sweet and sour shrimp combo, which was delicious and fresh. Last time I tried the combination meats Singapore noodles, which was equally good. I most recommend their pork and shrimp dishes!
Service was fast and polite.
The shop is small and only offers to-go orders at this time. Very convenient!

Chang's Chinese is a local and tasty restaurant located next to Raleys on Natomas and Del Paso Road. Their Vanilla shrimp, garlic shrimp, Chicken Chow Mein, and War Wan Ton are incredibly delicious. The restaurant offers good deals on lunch and dinner specials, including Mongolian BBQ, braised string beans, hot and sour soup, and fried rice. Customers can dine in or take out, and the staff is friendly.
