Fantastic Food and Great Service in a beautiful environment.
Been eating at Hana Tsubaki for 30 years and it’s consistently fantastic. The sushi is innovative and fresh and the salmon teriyaki is a favorite. Great saki selection as well.
Classic Sacramento restaurant. Good quality fish and selection of Japanese food. Family run for many years. A gem. Chirashi bowl is very good. All the fish I've had here is good. Haven't tried much else other than traditional Japanese sides such as Ohitashi.
