“The poke itself was good, but the rice in the poke bowl detracted from the meal.
The fish was delicious and the sauce was unique.
The crab salad was really good, akin to a tuna salad not like the imitation crab salad at most poke shops.
The rice was over cooked and quite mushy with hard bits though out.
The atmosphere and staff are great.“

“My wife and I ordered their half and half BBQ plate (Kalua Pork and Chicken) and Chicken Katsu plate.

Let me tell you, the BBQ chicken was so good, clean, juicy & delicious. And the Kalua pork had such a delicious smokey taste and was so juicy.

Also their Chicken Katsu was cooked just right. Crispy & Juicy with their katsu sauce. Let's not forget their rice and mac salad lol.

We will DEFINITELY be back for more!!“

“This location is always pretty consistent. We love everything on the menu. Their mac salad tastes better than the greenhaven location. The portion sizes are usually generous and they are always quick with their service. We typically always call in our order and it's ready within 10 minutes. It's always clean inside and the staff are friendly. The quality of food tastes great and the prices are fair. We love coming to this location!“

“Fire fire fire. I love this spot. Killer food for a great price. Large portions and super nice staff.

I usually order teriyaki chicken or beef with extra macaroni salad. The macaroni salad is delicious. When I’m feeling something extra, I get musubi also. The beef and chicken are killer and the spam is really good as well depending on your preference.

The family deal is awesome also. Sometimes I order that for myself and eat it for a couple days when I’m too busy to cook.“

“Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and place is kept very clean. We came here after visiting the kids play center next door, as we saw many others do. Good food! The macaroni was a little too mayo tasting for me, but that’s a personal thing and not reflective of the overall food which was great. Will definitely be back.“

“I ordered online when I went to pick up my order the store was full of customers and I had at least 4 people ahead of me. The online ordering was simple and quick. But the store and employees themselves did a great job of being prompt with all orders and I got to the front in no time. My order was correct and the food was still hot and delicious!“

“As everyone knows, not all L&L Hawaiian BBQ is the same, and neither are the other Hawaiian BBQ places. L&L Hawaiian BBQ is the OG of all Hawaiian BBQs. My wife got the Seafood combo, 2 spam musubi, and the saimin that came with 2 slices of spam. She was definitely happy. I got the loco moco, a Portuguese musubi, and a lau lau. We both got the pineapple cream soda, which really hit the spot as in flavor. I was joking with the cashier Peter, just to liven up the atmosphere. He went with the joking and we laughed. The other workers were polite and smiling. I asked about the Hawaiian shaved ice, I’ll get some next time I visit. I bought enough food to keep me happy for the next couple of days. This L&L serves large portions, not like the rest of the Hawaiian BBQ. Just so everyone knows, I was born and raised in Hawaii. So naturally I know how the food should taste, especially the lau lau. My wife and I both got the Haupia for dessert, it brought back memories that were long forgotten.“

“I visited the place for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it became a quick favorite of mine. The people at the register are super nice polite and patient. Something you won't find that many of the restaurants nowadays. The food is amazing the chicken is always tender you can cut it with a fork you don't even need a knife and the side dishes are always amazing. I highly recommend this place.“

“I ordered the Ohana meal last night and it was hot, fresh, and tasty! The staff was super friendly, especially the girls in the front. They helped me figure out what to order since it was my first time, and they didn’t make me feel lost or dumb 😊 The crew there looked like they all get along, which made the place feel comfortable the second I walked in.

My family loved the food. They finished everything so fast I barely got a second serving. They already told me we’re getting Ono again soon. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Great quality, great tasting and clean!“

“First of all the barbecued chicken with rice and macaroni salad has no sauce on it, they give you one small sauce and i mean small. So I always ask for extra sauce and I am willing to pay for it. The only time I actually got the one extra sauce was because I was on them about it and they were about to forget it that time as well. I dont know whats up with them and their sauce. Is it expensive to make ornate they in short supply I mean c'mon already. If I could clear up the sauce thing. I would gladly give 5 stars because everything outside of the sauce problem, everything is great.“

“OMG! 1st time here. had to wait a bit for fresh, delicious food. service was great , food is OMG so good, the Mac salad just yummy. went today around 6pm, staff was friendly and attentive, even when customer/ pick up person was super RUDE because fresh beef had to cook, with his food workers and woman are below be attitude, Sonya I think her name was handled herself well and continued to work along with co workers to get orders out, food fresh. “my new favorite poke spot ! i was looking for a different poke spot from where i usually go, and saw this one was closer to my house so i wanted to try it out. i placed an online order and it was alr done by the time i got there. staff was very friendly and the food was beyond my expectations ! will be going back here for my poke fixes“

“Absolutely delicious Hawaiian plate and one of the best katsu combos I’ve had in a long time. I usually go to L&L Hawaiian BBQ, but this place is easily on par if not better.
I ordered Plate #44, which comes with crispy katsu chicken, BBQ chicken, rice, mac salad, broccoli, and lettuce, and everything was outstanding. The katsu chicken was perfectly cooked, super crunchy on the outside while still juicy and tender on the inside. The BBQ chicken was flavorful and well seasoned and paired perfectly with the rice and veggies.
I also love that they have both katsu sauce and teriyaki sauce you can fill on the side, so you can dip and mix however you like. The mac salad was creamy and comforting, the portions were generous, and the price is very reasonable for what you get.
The dining area is clean and comfortable too, with both booth and table seating available.
Great food, great textures, great flavors. Definitely a 5 star plate and a spot I’d happily come back to. Highly recommend!“
