“I’d pretty much given up on finding good Indian food in Sacramento—most places are bland and forgettable. We stumbled on this spot by chance, and it was a total surprise. Ordered takeout (ready right on time, perfectly packed), and every dish was bursting with flavor. The tikka, butter chicken, and palak paneer—the usual “white people classics”—were all outstanding. Spicy not as in hot, but layered with real spice and depth. Easily the best Indian food we’ve had in town.“
