The people here are very nice. The burritos are very good with a fantastic portioning of meat and ingredients and perfectly cooked beans, by far the most consistent and traditional burrito I have had in years. Lalo's, a hidden gem, surprises with its outstanding Mexican cuisine. The unassuming exterior belies the exceptional dining experience within. probably the best mexican food ive had in the sacramento area. they had a unique menu not found at other mexican restaurants. the huitlacoche quesadillas and mamey sapote shake were amazing. everything was made without cutting any corners.
