Went in for some pizza carryout, first there's something going on online so I had to order in person. Was told 15 that was half an hour ago. Then I was told 3 and I had to wait another 5. As soon as I had problems online I should've gone somewhere else.
I placed on order on the app. It said pizza ready 5:31-5:36pm. 5:36 no pizza. 5:45 no pizza. 6:00 no pizza. Finally at 6:15 the lady at the counter said they would remake it and give me free wings. Its obvious they gave my pizza away since i received the confirming email to pick up my pizza because it was ready. I've been here several times before but service was ok never this bad. I ordered the current special. He took it out of the warmer. I asked if had been there long. He said, no, only a few min but I could tell it wasn't fresh like it had just been cooked.
