My work had this food truck come to reward our students. It is really unfortunate that the myth persists that Indian food is "bad" because a few of my students missed out on a delicious burrito. I got the chicken tikka. I liked how the outside was grilled. This gave it crunch and flavor. The chicken, rice, and veggies blended together perfectly in both taste and texture. This was a interesting experience. Let me first preface this review by saying that this truck is bomb. If you are Wine Tasting at the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg and you see this truck in the distance, you definitely haaaaaave to try this place. We ordered one order of Butter Chicken Fries, and two orders of Spring Rolls and that was plenty of food. Pleeeenty. They give you all the food and at no sacrifice for the quality spent. Loaded Chicken Tikka fries were so good. I got it without extra spice...it still had a small hint of spice but it was perfect for me. My husband likes his with more of a kick so it's nice you can customize the spice to your liking. Great customer service!
