Oscar's Very Mexican Food Reviews
Been coming here for decades and the place is still awesome. The burritos are huge although a little less meat over time but its decent enough and the verde salsa is just perfect. It's a small place with limited parking but there's some street parking along Freeport and the lot across the street. They are always really quick and friendly service. Food is fresh and it hits the spot every time.
Not only do they have some of the best burritos and Mexican food in town, the service is fabulous! For the price you get a lot of food especially meat. The inside has very limited seating but not bad for small parties of 4. The Machaca burrito, carne asada burrito, super burrito, and egg burrito are some of the best!
The bacon breakfast burrito and mild red salsa are so good, and the staff is friendly.

Oscar's Very Mexican Food is a popular spot for breakfast burritos, with enormous portions that are almost too big to take on the road. The Carne Asada and Machaca burritos are filling and delicious, and the chorizo burritos are a customer favorite. While the atmosphere may be unremarkable, the staff is friendly and the food is a highlight, with options like fish tacos and chicken tostadas also worth trying. The restaurant is family friendly with great food options and prices, offering two super burritos and an Oscar special meal for less than $50. Parking can be challenging due to a small lot with about six spaces, and service can be a little slow, but the quality and taste of the food make it worth the visit. The Carne Asada breakfast burritos are a favorite, praised for their taste and price. The CA burrito, which is very large and costs only $10.50, is often ordered, and customers enjoy it with salsas—even if the asada can sometimes be a bit dry. Occasionally, customers substitute the asada for adovada, and many find the food to be consistently satisfying.
