This place is a little bit of fusion with a Japanese style Cutlet but with a Hong Kong style taste. All the dishes I had were great but the black pepper Spaghetti definitely hit me with a slap of flavor it was spicy but I kept coming back for more. The Hong Kong Style French toast didn't even make it to the picture it was so damn good. I'll definitely have to eat here again and try the Hong Kong Style Milk Tea. Newly opened store in the Safeway plaza off of elk grove florin and Calvine.They are working out kinks to improve this place and I can't wait to see how it does in the future!It's a small store so the staff is of 2-3 people. Not much conversation and the menu is not complete. I hope they have a digital menu with pictures or just a menu with pictures. My husband is from Hong Kong so these type of style cafes usually pique our interest, so we decided to give Richmond Cafe a try. TLDR, overall I thought the food and ambiance was average.
