They don’t sell starters, sadly.
Sacramento Baking Company's sourdough bread use to be great but Once a store (Raleys, Bel Air or Safeway) freeze it, it becomes dry. I stopped buying their product because it was happening more and more often.
Tried it 3 times. Every loaf is very dry
