This used to be a great sliced bread, very dense and carried the "sour" in sourdough. In the last couple of years it's gotten much lighter and goes stale much quicker. Not sure what changed, other than saying it went "organic" and doubled in price. I can accept the price increase, but desperately request you go back to your old density.
Delivered here yesterday, it's tight u-turn around the back for semi truck but can be done if u move obstacles out of the way. Nice and helpful people, they also make good bread.

I do enjoy their sourdough. I've been purchasing their bread through costco for months now and almost all of my bread bags have had holes in them. Its a minor inconvenience but I do have to put tape on all my bread bags or else the bread will get stale. Please fix this issue. It drives me crazy but I love this bread!
