I can genuinely say that the atmosphere and service made the experience 100 times more comfortable and just what we were looking for. On top of that, the music playlist was fire. I went in for a birthday lunch and everyone there made it awesome. christian at the host stand was nice and got me seated quick, even going out of his way to ask the manager jaime a few questions for me before I sat down. Shauna took care of me the whole time, was super friendly, and checked in frequently despite the slight rush in her seating area. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted great. On my way out, a manager, Jaime, and another server, Cena, were there and they checked in just to make sure everything went well, which was cool and not something every place does. The staff all made my birthday lunch way better than i expected, I appreciated all of them. will be coming back with more people next time!“

“Honestly a hidden gem that we discovered a week ago. Been back already with a bigger group and it was just as good. Probably the best Chinese restaurant in sac at this point. Their duck has amazing flavor and crispy skin, the house noodles tastes fresh with a great texture and the salt baked chicken is great too with the ginger scallion sauce. They have a few really good off menu dishes too that we all enjoyed. The staff is incredibly sweet and attentive and the place is clean and comfortable. We will be back soon with more family and friends.“

“As an Asian, I set a very high bar for dumplings. This place absolutely nailed it. The pan fried soupy pork dumpling was my favorite. Crispy dough on the bottom, chewy on the top. “I come here regularly with my family (both Togo and dine in). Their food is delicious and authentic… even my picky Chinese father loved the food here. I’d recommend this place 100%.

They like certain things to be as fresh as possible for togos so they may not finish some of your Togo items until you get there… to avoid veggies and saucy things from getting soggy. So you might have to wait a bit for your pick up. But trust me, it’s much better this way… in terms of the quality of the food; don’t expect it to be like a quick in and out and you’ll be fine.

Here are our go tos: won ton soup (with or without noodles), chicken chow mein no veggies (kids), Peking pork chops, fish filet with string beans, seczhuan shrimp, baked sea bass (30 min prep), and maybe a salt and pepper dish.“

“We ordered two different bowls of pho and both were delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, did not need to add any additional sauce. The egg rolls were cooked to a perfect crisp. There was barely any customer service but the food and prices were reasonable.“

“I came over via bus on the way back home from university, decided to drop by to eat the lunch special with Mongolian beef and chow mien. Bill came out to twenty (fifteen with the special + hot tea, five dollar tip). The beef and chow mien were alright, they were nothing special but there was an degree of flavor with the way the sauce and chili coated the beef and kneaded in with the (meatless) chow mien section. At the time of my visit, this place has the hallmarks of an 1980s holdover Chinese restaurant joint, with paper posters, gold-leaf printed olive carpet, plastic ivy, and those good ol, chunky chopsticks, cool natural lighting and ceramic plates.“

“Fiancé and I went here for a lunch date. Was not expecting much from a chicken pho restaurant. When I saw this is what they specialized in I got excited. The broth is rich and full of flavor!
