needed to use the restroom while waiting for my order, sorry bathroom closed due to covid.?? then they made wrong drink size. I paid for a venti I got a Grande, I didn't have time to wait cause I had to urinate. some BS, get together Starbucks
Not worth it . Bad customer service
Went in yesterday with my Gold Card knowing I had $$$ on it... for some reason they couldn't scan my card nor nothing came up even when they tried punching in my account number ??.. when I said 'let me go out to the car to get some cash..& I'll call when I get home to ask why my card showed nothing' the sweet manager ( sorry I didn't notice her name) told me ' don't worry about it, I believe you~ it's on us".... how sweet & unexpected was that!!! Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very inconsistent service. Some employees are nice and cheerful, making drinks with detail and care, even with many customizations like a blonde vanilla latte with strawberry cream cold foam. However, other employees are dull and non-cheerful, with unhappy facial expressions. One employee, a man who talks like a surfer, is annoying and unprofessional. Another employee rolled his eyes at a drink order. One customer did not get their drink because the barista entered the wrong order and no one came to the window. The location is described as a waste of time, and some customers will no longer come here.
