This is normally a friendly Starbucks. I am a regular patron. Today, for the second day in a row, those of us with mobile orders park our cars and walk to the door only to find a page that tells mobile orders to go thru the drive thru. When I did that and got my drink, I told the employee that it would be nice if a larger sign was put on one of the many large windows so that we mobile order people could see it and go straight to the drive thru - instead of getting out of the car,...read full review
Drive through was quick, friendly and order accurate.
To the sweet girl that gave me my drink just now, I could cry. I was having a so so Saturday night and needed to use my birthday reward since it was the last day to use it. Then you write this nice thing on my cup. Thank you for being kind and you didn’t know it when I came in but I was pretty down. You made me feel better, just by your cup message. <3
