The girl working the drive thru at 4:30pm today needs a raise. Her smile and energy was very contagious and it was just what I needed to start my day (night shift)! Thank you ? also my espresso was perfectly madeWish I knew the name but she had long black hair!!
If you have read any of my reviews then you would know that I am a stickler for customer service. I have come into this location I would say 10+ times now and every single time I have come in here I have never been greeted walking in. Today was the last straw! I walk in with four employees working, and no one even looked up to say hi. The young lady came to the front still with the somber look on your face and took my order. Bri helped me during this visit. She went above and beyond to bring me my drink while juggling multiple other tasks. You can see she has a strong work ethic and understands the value of customer service. The team as a whole is also kicking just as much butt. It’s not common to find this level of customer service.
