Tako Kraze is a ghost kitchen in Sacramento, not much for atmosphere, but a great late night spot. The food more than makes up for it. The Birria munchie plate, Quesabirria Tacos with Consomé, and a large quesadilla are all highly recommended. The portions are super generous, big, and stuffed with tasty, tender, flavorful beef and melted cheese. The consomé is rich and savory, ideal for dipping. The strawberry horchata is also amazing. It is a bomb meal for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine.
