“This is my go to McDonald’s, even though I live less than a mile away from another McDonald’s.
I don’t mind the drive to get supreme service and fresh hot food. The staff are alway friendly and polite. They actually engage with you vs.just handing you your food and slamming the window shut. What I love the most is their ice cream cones, they make them how they used to back in the day, nice and full!“

“Erick, the cashier, is amazing!!! This is the 1st time I ordered a Iced Latte without ice at McDonald's. My drink came out and looked like milk shake instead of coffee. So I told Erick that I like my coffee to look at lease brown if not black. So Erick took the latte to the back and tried different ways to make my drink look like coffee. LOL. So very nice of him. Very professional and great customer service! Impressive young man!“
“Great service and friendly employees. They are on it! And if they mess up your order they will fix it. Food always fresh and hot! Recently I went in to buy a meal and to purchase some Happy Meal toys my 78 year old mother has been collecting. They sold me 2! I didnt have the same nice experience with the McDonald's on N. Main. They even refused to tell me what toy they had for the day!! I will NEVER go to that store again. Im so happy the owner of the E.Boronda McDonald's knows how to make their customers happy. This is definitely my go to McDonald's. Thank you and your staff for being so kind. I've been going to this McDonald's since my 21 year old was 3! Never change!“
“I recently visited this McDonald's location and was very disappointed with the hygiene practices of some of the male employees. I noticed a few workers with visibly dirty hands and untrimmed, unclean fingernails while handling food. It’s unacceptable regardless of whether they're at the register or in the kitchen—cleanliness is essential when working in food service. It left me concerned about overall food safety and whether proper hygiene standards are being enforced. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it promptly.“
“I ordered typical quarter pounder with cheese and fries. I was a little disappointed by the fries they're not as good as they used to be I don't think it's the fault of this particular restaurant. I think has to do with the type of oil they use to fry them in now.“
