McDonald's in Salinas

“This is my go to McDonald’s, even though I live less than a mile away from another McDonald’s.
I don’t mind the drive to get supreme service and fresh hot food. The staff are alway friendly and polite. They actually engage with you vs.just handing you your food and slamming the window shut. What I love the most is their ice cream cones, they make them how they used to back in the day, nice and full!“

“I ordered typical quarter pounder with cheese and fries. I was a little disappointed by the fries they're not as good as they used to be I don't think it's the fault of this particular restaurant. I think has to do with the type of oil they use to fry them in now.“

“I ordered here today and a lady helped me out a lot even explained to me the Mc donald’s app a lil bit, then the mangers curdious behavior aswell as the clean environment though I think I sat on a table that hadn’t been clean yet but it was worth the sun light made for a really good experience. I ordered a big breakfast with extra egg thoe I don’t think it had enough extra egg but it still filled me up and I wasn’t hungry at all for more so honestly great 👍 😊 experience.“

“In general it is fine, only in my experience to improve the mobile application, because it is not possible for changing the size of a soda or fries to modify the entire order and you do not realize it, for example you order plain hamburgers and if you change the size of The soda order is changed to regular, not the way you had it ordered, but it is fine.“

“service is good there the traffic bc of the grocery store there is a bit heavy at times but the customer service is great. Example because the app didn't give me my coupon due to the time not being after breakfast. The manager still awarded me the deal which she didn't have too but still did
