“This little ole burger stand has a small hometown charm to it. The place is not fancy. Basic. It has indoor seating which is a nice air conditioned respite in the summertime. The staff and staff friendly and welcoming.
They have a super large menu, lots of items to choose from. Breakfast items, corn dogs, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and sides (fries, taters, chicken strips, fried mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, egg rolls, fried zucchini). I ordered a corn dog. It was the premade kind and they fresh fry it. Some of the items are fresh made while others are premade frozen. Typical fast food type food.
Plus they have lots of dessert choices. Soft serve, milkshakes with 20 flavors, smoothies (four flavors), frappes, Thai iced tea, and Cambodian iced tea. Last month when I dropped in, lots of folks stopped by to grab desserts. It seemed to be a popular place for that.“

“What a wonderful treat! Recommended by friends this was an amazing place to find. The staff are friendly and very welcoming of new people. The menu offers just the right amount of choices. We wanted to sit outside and this is what makes this place truly special. You have a covered patio as well as plenty of open fresh air tables. I chose the Big Bravo with potato salad. More than enough to fill anyone up. Thank you Pickle Patch for a wonderful 1st visit! Happy holidays!“
“Awesome restaurant with an exquisite menu and a very friendly bartender! Our chef is very experienced and will keep coming back for more. Probably one of the finest dining experiences in the entire Gold Country! Black Bart restaurant and inn is the place to be when traveling through the Gold Country on highway 49!“

“A great bar with walls that can talk. A lot of nearby history as well. Had a fun time.
Parking: Find a spot and park is the best option. There is nearby parking but it can fill up fast if there is something going on. Overall it does not seem to be a problem though.“

“Proper diner food without the grease. BEST breakfast in two counties. Try the Frank's Breakfast Special (not to be confused with the Frank's Special Breakfast...two different things) ... Sourdough toast, homemade breakfast sausage patty, cheese and eggs covered in country gravy with a side of the best hashbrowns you'll ever have“
“After almost 2 years returned to the Leger for a date night with my wife. Now, the new owners and the Management and Chef are what this town has needed to revive this treasure of a hotel and restaurant. The chef is a culinary dreamer and achiever who seems to be on the path of culinary enlightenment at the Hotel. All courses were layered with a passion and love for food that the Leger has never seen before. I loved the old chefs but they were armature at best of home BBQ kings. Johnathan is a Chef that has the gift that 99% of chefs wish they had. I recommend setting a reservation for a private dinner for 2 and let them take the wheel to create an experience, not just some dinner. Last night was a full circle moment that could have gone horribly wrong, but, not one thing can be complained about nor changed. A perfect evening and there will be more to come.“
“Great lunch today! Yummy calamari bacon street tacos. We will definitely be back!“

“They need a new speaker and would love it if I got all of my order and why I was told they don't sell curly fries but the waffle fries where a better choice glad I was offered that options had one bad experience you got to stop wiping the cups with that smelly rag and check your soda machines cause last couple time the soda was nasty“

“I wanted a good sandwich; I don't cook well. I went to Crusco's and had a very tasty French Dip sandwich; the waitresses were polite and I had a pleasant experience all by myself. Thanks“

“So.....as PNW foodie/expat I wasn't expecting to find this gem in San Andreas. We visited a couple times with previous owners and I remember frequenting this place as a child. Can I just say 🤤 yummy!! I went with B&G with a scrambled egg. The nice guy also suggested country potatoes and I was feeling adventurous so why not. When I say you could hear the crunch across the room I'm not kidding. Cooked perfectly and the homemade biscuit was something you find in the city at a place you've waited 45min for a table. So good, give it a try! And please don't let this place go out of business.“
