I do not go to Hilda's often, but when I'm in the mood for eggs Benedict, Hilda's, with the many terrific variations they offer, is the place to go, except today.Partly burned English muffin, 1 medium size egg, and another tiny one, on an unsavory piece of ham. I do not remember the Hollandaise tasting quite like this either. I asked for well done hash brown and they came in barely colored on top. The service was good and friendly. Hilda's has the BEST pancakes of all time. The staff was friendly and the owner was a lovely woman who clearly loves her cafe and treats her staff well. Would definitely eat here again.
