“It reminds me of a small little college coffee shop where artistic and intelligent conversations can be had. It's quaint, comfortable and a great place to just chill in downtown San Bernardino. The beautiful young woman behind the counter was very warm and friendly. Honestly a sweetheart with an incredible smile. She recommended the strawberry banana smoothie and she was right. It was delicious! I recommend some strawberry popping Boba thrown in for that little extra sweetness.
Parking: A couple spots out front and maybe some in the back, I didn't check.

“Absolutely AMAZING!! From the friendly, inviting, atmosphere and faces, to the delicious food! It’s hard to find a place that is also dietary friendly and has amazing food (vegetarian/vegan options). Definitely going to be coming again, and again! Told my friends and family about this place as well! 5 out of 5 stars across the board from me!
Vegetarian options: Awesome selection of vegetarian sandwiches, they also label them as well as “vegetarian,” and includes the ingredients.
Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately I am a pre diabetic who has some more health issues that limit my diet. However, I did not feel out of place here!“

“I recently visited RoyalTea Boba in Grand Terrace and had an amazing experience! This family-owned shop has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a must-visit in the area. One highlight was the special boba milk tea they made for me—it was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the boba pearls had just the right texture.
Another unique feature is their merchandise area, where I found instant bubble tea kits. I bought one to try making boba tea at home with my family. While our homemade version didn't quite match RoyalTea's perfection, it was a fun project.
The shop is beautifully decorated, and the shelves are stocked with various boba tea flavors and kits. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into every aspect of this business.
Overall, RoyalTea Boba offers excellent drinks and a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the Grand Terrace area!“

“Rocked my world. The burrito was perfect. That salsa was perfect. The americano coffee was right up there. No this isn't a fake review. I travel the country and will bash an establishment it the blink of an eye, nobody scares me. This is an upscale neighborhood and the owner has to be spot on to survive here. He's also a pretty nice guy to talk to.“

“Good taro milk tea, nothing spectacular. Tad overpriced, to be honest. Got a small drink and a 1.76oz box of chocolate wafers and was taken aback when the lass tells me it’ll be $11.50… Anyway, tea was good (reason for 4 stars) but I doubt I’d go back.“

“Great place to get a coffee with a friend or study for classes. The coffee is great. I got the cold brew and it came with cold brew ice cubes so it doesn't dilute the taste. It seemed a little busy in when they were taking my order but overall it wasn't a long of a wait. Had a great time here and will be coming back.“

“7 Leaves Cafe is located at University Village (“The U.V.”) right off the 60 Freeway and University exit.This is a small boba shop that occupies the once-Starbucks location but there’s plenty of parking spaces here and the staff are friendly.My go-to drink is the Strawberry Hibiscus Tea because it has a smooth taste. And I like that it’s freshly brewed iced tea. The added lime gives it a refreshing taste. And it’s consistent from the other 7 Leaves Cafe locations I’ve ordered from, such as Chino Hills and Garden Grove.Overall, if you enjoy fresh brewed tea over ice, this is your next stop. Enjoy!“

“Great place to study and grab something to snack on. Though it's busy a lot of the time, you can usually find a seat. The coffee here is fantastic, and I usually won't even drink it. Even better is that the revenue from the coffee they sell goes to a charitable cause. The décor is very modern, clean, and bright. Highly recommended.“

“Really cool spot across from the Mission Inn. I came for a Masquerade Ball hosted by the IE Goths and enjoyed myself very much! All the staff I interacted with were all super nice and accommodating for the special event everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.
My only gripe (and it's not going to affect my rating, because I find this to be the norm in most drinking establishments)
I don't drink, and they didn't have any interesting mocktails to choose from. So I ended up with a red bull for $7 ? There's more people who don't drink these days and having something yummy to sip on and feel kinda "normal" is always really nice to see when I'm at a bar. Maybe they will expand their menu in the future. ?“
“Had to try this place since i work in the area, let me start with saying this place is very clean the staff are friendly although a bit busy at times which id think means the food is probably good if they get so busy. The food was great i had a BLT sandwich and the ingredients where fresh bacon was crispy veggies weres flavorful will be back again no doubt might try the daily specials next.“

“I usually come here to eat before I grocery shop at stater bros next door I have tried many different things on the menu all of there food is really delicious and dude there chips and salsa fire definitely recommended yall don’t sleep on this place the only thing I could say is the customer service it’s always hit and miss the servers aren’t always the nicest but hey the bomb food out weighs it“

“The food was pretty good. The restaurant itself is nice and in a good location. I wish the lights over the tables could be switched off because it is damn near blinding having a lightbulb right over your head and face. Besides this, I had a wonderful experience at Panera thanks to Analina. She greeted me warmly and offered great recommendations from the menu. Her friendly and attentive service made my visit enjoyable and my meal just right. Thank you, Analina, for making my day better!“

“10/10 Worth Visiting. Everyone who works here is nice and I love getting the breakfast bagel, it’s so fresh and warm, and the cheese danish is delicious. I would say prices are on par with other places, but with their homey atmosphere, consistent quality, and kind baristas this is the only cafe I continuously return to. Fun menu drink ideas and variety as well. Additionally, I had a small issue and called them right away, and they were very helpful.“
