Taco Bell in San Bernardino

“I had a really great experience with Juan at this Taco Bell. From the start he was very cheerful through the intercom and doesn’t make you feel like a bother. He makes you feel like he’s happy you’re there and happy to do his job. Great customer service is sometimes hard to come by at drive thru windows due to them working fast paced I’m sure, but Juan’s customer service was so excellent I felt the need to write this review. When at the window he was very patient and didn’t make me feel rushed with payment or taking the food etc, but I could see through the window he was hustling and moving fast in there to get everyones orders out quickly, which I appreciated. The food was great, and they got it out so fast! Thank you for your positive attitude and excellent customer service Juan! Definitely recommend this Taco Bell!“

“The Taco Bell on highland is great the customer service is great I'm allergic to latex and they always make sure that they wash their hands and help without with my food they are very considerate they do need to change the latex that they use there because there's a lot of people who are allergic to it but as far as customer service the people there are great.“

“Almost impossible drive thruand parking can be challenging. Computerized ordering so service is basically non-existent.
As most fast food establishments don't have salads on the menu, this place actually does . The salad was reasonably priced and fresh. 👍“
