On one occasion, a diner's meal was left unattended for several minutes during a shift change. In another instance, the customer was met with disrespectful behavior from young employees who incorrectly informed them that the restaurant was closed. Additionally, the food was criticized for being overly salty, particularly the chips, and lacking in flavor compared to other Chipotle experiences.
